A leadership and executive consulting firm engaged our team to audit, organize, and systematize their existing brand materials while laying the groundwork for expanding their visual content team. With multiple contractors contributing to assets over time, the brand needed clear standards, quality control, and internal alignment to support scale.


We reviewed all existing logo files, Canva templates, and deliverables, categorizing them by quality and relevance. From there, we built a centralized file system, authored documentation to support hiring for a Canva-based creative role, and created scheduling tools and contact sheets to streamline team communications.
